Our houses are only a few minutes‘ walk from Lake Ossiach and the centre of Bodensdorf.

The area in a level location consists of a 2,300 m² play and sunbathing lawn, a charming Mediterranean garden and a large car park.

In the scenic natural setting of Lake Ossiach, all possibilities for swimming, surfing, boat trips, fishing, cycling, hiking, horseback riding, paragliding and culture are open to you.

Our well-kept mediterranean garden is a paradise – especially for families with children. It provides the feeling of a special holiday, which can hardly be described, but must be experienced. Here you lean back, relax and enjoy the atmosphere.
Children may play: Badminton, table tennis, football, swing, sandpit, etc.

Lovely spots for seniors, garden barbecue, pavilions, garden tables, Hollywood swing, sun loungers, parasols and a gazebo with a large table for happy get-togethers.
